Authorizing Reclamation
Once a record is authorized, the reclamation process begins. The user will begin receiving a template email according to the interval and duration specified in the request. The email is completely customizable under Site Management > Communication > Notifications > License Reclamation tab.

Within the email template are links that the user can select to complete the request for reclamation.

Selecting either the Uninstall link or Keep link directs the user to the App Portal website. The message displayed is customizable by editing the License Reclamation - Uninstall Program notification.

After submitting the request, a final message appears, customizable by editing the License Reclamation - Uninstall Program - after submit notification.
A new request is created under the My Requests for the uninstall action.
